Every 'StoneAge' cab is hand built in Bay City, Michigan.
Many 'budget' cabinets on the market today are produced from cheap sub-grade materials such as 'MDF', or 'birch ply' that contains birch on the outer plies only!...{what's in between those plies??}.
BUT NOT A 'StoneAge Cab'......we use the highest grade Baltic Birch ply {all plies are birch} exclusively for it's strength, durability, and most importantly, because of it's superior tonal quality.
In addition, all 'StoneAge' cabinets are built using fingerjoints, and a premium proprietary epoxy available exclusively for our cabinets. We call it the 'EpoJoint™.
Unlike many mass produced cabinets that feature mediocre joinery along with standard wood glues, or even inferior epoxies, our 'EpoJoint™ is virtually indestructible....literally stronger than the birch itself.
